Wojciech Kaszycki
Founder & Executive Chairman
Wojciech founded CADV.AI in 2017. A serial entrepreneur, leader, and ardent achiever, Wojciech was the proud creator of Empik (widely recognised as the “Polish Amazon”), and founder of Mobilum, Solert Games, and Legends At War. Wojciech is driven by the desire to constantly learn, innovate, and create impact. He is known for his innovative contributions and strategic leadership, and is a distinguished figure in the fintech, blockchain, and gaming industries.
Kelvin Teo
President, International
Kelvin has more than two decades of international experience in the dynamic technology industry. Throughout his illustrious career, he has consistently showcased a remarkable talent for creating value, driving business growth, and orchestrating successful exits. Kelvin was a pivotal member of the founding team at Beeconomic which was acquired by Groupon (NASDAQ:GRPN) and was subsequently appointed as Managing Director of Asia and more recently, Chief Operating Officer at RedDoorz. At CADV.AI, he serves as the President, where his dedication lies in devising and executing strategies that ensure long-term growth and success.
Eugene Loy
Executive Director
With a wealth of experience in investment banking and capital markets, Eugene blends his passion for innovation and results with a discerning vision for emerging markets and technology. In his role as Executive Director at CADV.AI, Eugene steers the organisation with his characteristic conviction. Eugene currently serves as Non-Executive Director of Huntore Australia Pty Ltd an emerging tin producer. Eugene previously served in executive roles and Non-Executive Director roles in various ASX listed companies.
Hubert Kowalski
Chief Technology Officer & Director
A deep understanding of technology and business underpins Hubert’s work as CADV.AI’s Chief Technology Officer. A strategic leader, Hubert is recognised for his expertise in software development and project management. Hubert is the owner of Kreator, an innovative business offering cutting-edge software development. Previously, Hubert worked at PepsiCo, Red Bull, and Reuters. In 2023, Hubert received his Professional Scrum Master certification, demonstrating his commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
